1. Order Status:

• Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
• Once your order ships, the tracking information will be sent to you via email.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have trouble tracking your package please contact the shipping company directly.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

• We offer ground shipping at a flat rate of $7.99 regardless of weight!
• Orders over $50 before tax and after any discount ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost.
• Once shipped, orders should arrive within 2-8 days.

3. Shipping Time:

• Ready to ship, clearance, and all in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours from Pineville, LA.
