Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Sweet Madeleine's Childrens Boutique!
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot issue refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be.
- Holiday items cannot be refunded within two weeks of the holiday.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item because of fit, we'll provide a shipping label to you to send back the item and will offer store credit for the purchase amount as we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock.
Exchanged products must also show no signs of wear with tags still on.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within five business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If an item is marked return to sender, it will be deducted from your refund.
